Hi there, that is not my bike but it should be easy to slam the stem; just take off the spacers below the stem, cut the excess steerer tube and voila. The headset doesn't need to be changed to do this, you can get a short-stack cone spacer/headset bearing cover if you want the stem to be as low as possible.
Awesome bike. I have the 2013 105. Was it hard to slam the stem down to the frame? What kind of headset did you install?
